a. Updating your information

You shall be entitled to update the information provided by you by contacting us at support@RummyCircle.com or support@My11Circle.com (for My11Circle, carrom, Poker and Ludo Remix) Your information shall be updated subject to reasonable checks and confirmation by Play Games24x7.

b. Withdrawal of Consent

Users are entitled to withdraw consent for use of their Sensitive Personal Data or Other Personal Information by emailing a specific request to support@RummyCircle.com or support@My11Circle.com (for My11Circle, Carrom, Poker and Ludo Remix), as the case may be. Withdrawal of consent of all or any part of Sensitive Personal Data and Other Personal Information may result in immediate withdrawal of any right to avail the services provided by Play Games24x7.

Withdrawal of consent shall not restrict the right of Play Games24x7 to use personal information for compliance with applicable law.

c. Deletion of Data

Users may raise a request for deletion of any or all personal data or information stored with Play Games 24x7 by following the Other details tab in My account section after login to your account and in the manner and format as prescribed under applicable law. Once your request for deletion has been received and confirmed, Play Games 24x7 will delete your personal data or information from our records.

However, Play Games 24x7 reserves the right to discontinue the services for which the information was originally collected.

7. Subscription or Paid Service Information:

When you choose any subscription or paid service provided as part of our services, we or our payment gateway provider may collect your purchase, address or billing information, including your credit card number and expiration date etc. However, when you order using an in-app purchase option on any of the applications of Play Games24x7, same are handled by such mobile operating system platform providers. The subscriptions or paid services may be on auto renewal mode unless cancelled. If at any point you do not wish to auto-renew your subscription, you may cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription term.

8. Opting out

If a user opts out using the Ads Settings, the unique DoubleClick cookie ID on the user's browser is overwritten with the phrase "OPT_OUT". Because there is no longer a unique cookie ID, the opt-out cookie can't be associated with a particular browser.

9. Log file information

We may obtain updated contact information from third parties in order to correct our records and fulfil the services or to communicate with you.

We use Google Analytics, among others, to track the user behaviour on our website. Google Analytics specifically has been enable to support display advertising towards helping us gain understanding of our users' demographics and interests. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Policy and elsewhere, the aggregate liability of Play Games24x7 for all claims for damages pursuant to provisions of services on the Platforms, including claims in respect to the violation of this Policy, shall be limited to the aggregate maximum amount of liability as provided in the Terms of Service.
