Fantasy Tips of The Day

Yuzvendra Chahal is the best strike bowler in the spin department in the league. He has the best strike rate (16.9) – even better than Rashid Khan – by a spinner who has taken over 100 wickets in the league.

Such has been Jos Buttler’s consistency in 2023 that he made it to the Best11 in 12 of 15 competitive T20s, scoring 556 runs at 40 and grabbing nine catches.

Devdutt Padikkal averages 27 at the venue, also generating bonus points for 15 boundaries in four games.

Sanju Samson’s remarkable performances against Punjab time and again have been keeping fantasy players happy: 658 runs at 41 including five thirties, two fifties, and a hundred.

Shikhar Dhawan’s strike rate may not impress the T20 fanatics, but an average of 35 after 207 games in the league is encouraging enough for fantasy players.

Sikandar Raza’s all-round skills – especially his off-spin – will play a key role on this wicket. The fact that there are three southpaws in Rajasthan’s batting unit further strengthens his case.

Jitesh Sharma’s numbers in the league are quite commendable. Despite going at a strike rate of 166, his 255 runs have come at an average of 28.

Three bowlers in the bowling category made it to the Best11 in four of the last five games: Trent Boult, Arshdeep Singh, and Rahul Chahar

To further spice it up, Arshdeep has taken 12 wickets in only five games against Rajasthan. Meanwhile, Boult has taken an average of 18 wickets per season in the last three years.

In the last three games at the venue, spinners accounted for 67% of the wickets.
